    Family Seeks Special Visa

    A local boy is recovering from being nearly beaten to death at a bus stop.

    In addition to seeking justice, he is also seeking citizenship.

    The parents of the boy said he was left almost lifeless at this bus stop on Silver Star Road and Apopka Vineland Road in Orlando.

    His parents said they will try use the crime as a way to change their status as illegal immigrants.

    "If a person is a victim of a criminal activity and they cooperate with the police, they might be able to get a U visa, which is a non immigrant visa,â€
