The unveiling of a new statue built to memorialize the murdered U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on Saturday at the Homeland Security Department's Brian Terry Border Patrol Station in Bisbee, Arizona, received minimal news coverage by the nation's media except for the Fox News Channel, a news agency maligned and denigrated by President Barack Obama and his administration. In fact, no official from the Obama government attended the event and the sycophants in the legacy media made certain not to cover the story.

"That iconic image of Brian carrying his BordTac team member on his shoulders represents everything good about Brian, his strength, his determination, his attention to detail, his love for the Border Patrol and his love for his fellow agents," Terry's cousin, Robert Heyer, told FNC's anchor Arthel Neville while standing next to the image of the hero cop.

Terry's family had established the Brian Terry Foundation following their struggle to get answers to their questions about suspected Obama and Holder collusion to hide the truth. The foundation hopes to continue to honor Agent Terry's heroism and service and to provide help to other families who've lost loved ones as a result of line-of-duty deaths and serious injuries.

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot to death in 2010. His killing occurred during gun battle between Border Patrol agents and members of a Mexican drug cartel who were attempting to hijack a marijuana shipment from another drug gang's smugglers. While investigators determined the gang's weapons were part of the Justice Department's poorly-run Operation Fast and Furious, the Obama White House and Attorney General Eric Holder began circling the wagons, according to several law enforcement commanders, including Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

"From the moment it was discovered that Terry was murdered with a gun provided to the Mexican criminals by the Obama administration, the White House and Justice Department -- with the help of the news media -- began a campaign involving stonewalling and perjury," said a former lieutenant of detectives, Harris P. Colley. "Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for his lies and stonewalling but the elite media treated the Republican lawmakers as if they were the bad guys, not Holder, not Obama, not even the Mexican outlaws," he added.

One police official noted that while President Obama made certain to appear with illegal aliens, promising them that he would punish any immigration enforcement agents or officers who did not follow his anti-deportation policy, he appeared to be indifferent to the deaths of law enforcement officers killed by illegal aliens or foreign gangs. "This is a leader who regularly disrespects law enforcement officers while being concerned about the treatment of terrorists, criminal aliens and lawbreakers," said police officer Anna Colon.

The Fast and Furious operation allowed criminals to buy firearms in Arizona gun stores with their plan to track them in Mexico. Unfortunately Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the agency running the operation, could only track 600 of the 2,000 guns they allowed smugglers to buy. The ATF reported that 1,400 of the weapons seemed to vanish.

"The Operation Fast and Furious snafu – conducted by Attorney General Eric Holder and the United States Department of Justice – resulted in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and endangered the lives of many more who protect United States borders. I believe a transparent government... is also accountable to [the American] people. We expect those responsible for the conception and investigation of the failed Operation Fast and Furious [must be] held accountable," says the Never Again petition being coordinated by the Brian Terry Foundation.
