    My educated guess is closer to 35 million, considering the outflow of illegal aliens after the Kennedy-McCain-Graham amnesty went down in flames.

    When they said it was 12-20 million; I always knew it was the higher figure if not more. This is of no surprise to me; too bad it seems like our so called representatives have no clue!
