    LA Fitness Janitor Charged With Voyeurism

    PHOENIX -- A janitor who worked at a Mesa health club has been charged with peeping at women in the locker room and stealing from at least one them.



    Francisco Salgado-Martinez -- who worked at the LA Fitness with his wife -- was charged with one count of voyeurism, two counts of burglary and one count of theft.

    He was arrested May 13 after women complained that someone was looking at them through the ceiling tiles in the locker room.

    County Attorney Andrew Thomas said Salgado-Martinez is an illegal immigrant and is being held without bail.

    He's scheduled for a court appearance July 2.
