Suing San Francisco
Suing San Francisco

Widow Daniella Bologna, whose husband and two sons were murdered by an illegal alien sanctuary beneficiary in San Francisco, is fighting back. She needs all the help she can get. I’ve reported on several lawsuits like this one over the past 10 years, and so far government officials have been able to evade accountability.
Let’s hope we get the change the victims of illegal alien sanctuary deserve. The details:

Yes SF should get sued as they took their violent illegal juvenile offenders and shipped them to other communities. They should have all of their federal funding cut off for violating US government laws, but unfortunately, the problem with suing any government at this point is that taxpayer funds will be used to fight any lawsuit, so while taxpayers may get some justice on this insanity, they will also pay for it.

08-25-2008, 10:34 PM #3The taxpayers are paying for it---no matter which way this issue goes. I do think that the economic arguments are in our favor---but only if Americans will give up some of the more recent habits that have led to this immigration crisis. These days, for convenience' sake and because of some poor organizational skills, Americans turn to the businesses that use illegal aliens. Sad but true. Another thing is that immigration enforcers have to do is get smarter about law and legal procedure. We just had an important ballot initiative in this state torpedoed by the OBL people. They were able to stall it long enough through creative litigation so that we fell short in required signatures. Now, the People will not have a say. The other side has lots of money to hire lawyers and fund campaigns. They have been getting organized, including funding, over the last two decades and are determined to have a borderless USA under the control of the leftists.

Just today I heard Mrs. Bologna on the John and Ken show talking about this. She is determined to fight this, has a lot of support and does not want any other families to go through what she had to and she feels she has to do this so her husband and sons did not die in vane. She is one passionate determined woman.
Common sense would dictate that these sanctuary cities are in violation of federal law but it seems hard to find common sense regarding this subject nowadays.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn
