Supply and Demand, Illegal Immigrants, Gas to Politicians

Within the past week, the flow of human traffickers with over loaded vehicles continues to be a never ending problem in Southern Arizona. Many illegal alien transporters are located and arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol before converging on the Interstate Highways but countless other human loads manage to evade detection.

Two rollover Traffic accidents involving 31 injured foreign nationals transpired on May 2 and May 3.In most serious injury accidents involving illegal aliens, the victims are transported to Tucson University Medical Trauma Center for treatment at tax payer’s expense.

The situation involving felony human smugglers nationwide has rarely been addressed correctly by any mainstream media sources or reporters. News services do not like to present the facts when illegal aliens are involved in any accident, crime, narcotics operation or murder. It’s always preferable to say Immigrant or undocumented migrant on any feeble effort to report the news. Illegal Alien is the correct legal terminology under laws passed by Congress. This definition includes aliens from any nation who enter without inspection and remain illegally in violation of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, Laws of the United States.

Immigrants enter the United States legally for the goal of Permanent residency and Naturalization as U.S. Citizens following all rules of admission.


Arizona’s new Anti-Smuggling Law allows state felony charges to be filed against Smugglers. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and deputies are strictly enforcing the law holding smugglers as well as smuggled aliens for prosecution.

From Congressional Immigration Reform issues to National Security concerns, U.S. elected officials still do not respond to the majority, middle class people that placed them in office nor remember events in history. The 1965 Kennedy Immigration Bill created more problems than were ever resolved. The 1973 Arabian Oil Embargo was a “wake up” call in America on foreign oil dependency, Supply and Demand high prices at the pump. In 1986, Immigration Amnesty was granted by Congress. There was also rising gas Prices, Supply and Demand again was the political answer. In 2006, a massive illegal immigration problem is condoned politically for cheap corporate labor, illegal votes, and another Amnesty is planned. Once again Rising Gas Prices, Supply and Demand with economic dependence on foreign oil . Oil dependence and encouraging illegal alien labor may not appear to be linked in any way, but Congress has failed consistently to solve either problem for years and appears to welcome the consequences.

If the Federal Government will not demand enforcement of their own established laws, State Laws may be the only answer for curtailing Human Traffickers, felons who Supply an endless commodity of cheap laborers upon Demand for U.S. Companies.

The 2006 Immigration Crisis, “get tough” on Border security issues , illegal immigration, enforcing workplace compliance, additional agents, resources, Walls, congressional attention to crime as well as terrorist issues is commendable five years after 911 but a little late. A guest worker plan, Amnesty will Fix the problem as it did in 1986. All illegal aliens in the United States will then become legal Immigrants under the Kennedy-McCain proposal.

Without a doubt, organized human smuggling will cease to be a problem nationwide, illegal entries and deaths on the desert will not happen and our borders will then be secured. For most people that live along the Borders of Arizona or interior,faith in most politicians for representation was lost long ago regardless of party lines.

Three decades of Congressional debates involving Immigration Reform Action or usual Apathy should be sufficient to formulate a decision plus seven months until national elections. For a largely self serving U.S. Senate and Congress, American Taxpayers, Voters are not likely to forget in November any issues.

They hold the line until they are replaced. ITs that simple. That is why MEDIA BIAS is so important. The marches have scared the crap out of alot of Americans. How did this go by unoticed? MEDIA bias..
