Supporters of illegal immigration have selfish agendas

The advocates of illegal immigration have been portrayed as people who are “compassionate,” “caring” and “humanitarian.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Let us examine the advocates’ motives:

•The Mainstream Press: The mainstream press has never had any respect or love for the American citizenry because it opposes what they support. They want illegal immigrants in the country so they can vote for candidates that will support their agenda. They are just using illegal immigrants for their own schemes.

•Corporations and Businesses: It is no secret that businesses care about their bottom lines or private economy. They want illegal immigrants to save on labor costs and depress wages. They do want to pay a worker his or her worth. They want to get products and services out in the market cheaper with the cheapest labor possible.

•The Democratic Party: The Democratic Party, because of their policies and positions, has not been welcomed among Middle America, the South and the Midwest. Instead of examining and looking at these positions and policies, what they seek is to change the electorate for the purpose of getting easy votes and to obtain office. They care not one bit for their voters or for the people that support them; what they care about is power, and, like they use the African-American community to get it, they want to use illegal immigrants for the same reason.

•The Republican Party: The Republican elite, along with libertarians and the corporate wing, want illegal immigration to please businesses and compete on a global scale. The Republican establishment cares not one iota for American workers, their families or for the country itself. They want that cheap labor and don’t care if it depresses wages and earning. They are very much for open borders and some go to the extreme by saying that there should not be a border at all.

•Mexico: To protect the elites in government and elsewhere, and not reform anything in their societal or governmental system, Mexico has been importing to the U.S. its poverty-stricken and others to the U.S. Also, Mexico makes billions in terms of remittances sent by Mexicans in the U.S. to Mexico. Recently, former Mexican President Vicente Fox was asked if the U.S. should defend and have a border with Mexico. His response was telling: ”No.”

•The Catholic Church: The Church wants illegal immigration for the sole purpose of getting people in the pews. That is all. It has nothing to do with the condition or plight of illegal immigrants. If the church had its way, like Vicente Fox, it would call for the elimination of the border. In fact, that is what Pope Francis has been calling for since the inception of his Papacy.

•Labor Unions: The rank and file union members are very much supportive of border security, the wall, and tougher immigration laws. It is the leadership of the unions that do not. They want illegal immigration because they think illegal immigrants are easy to manipulate, and to increase their membership and negate native-born workers. This position is held by leaders of the AFL-CIO, Teamsters and others.

I am a believer and strong supporter of altruism. I believe that many do support policies and take positions out of the goodness of their hearts and want to contribute to making a better world. However, the groups that I cite are not like that. They are users and abusers. They are con men and women who only care about themselves, their private economies and their power. They should be shunned and, if possible, sent packing to Outer Mongolia.

Such a cynical perspective!

I've heard that there is some good in everybody. Please help me find some good in any of those organizations!

I am a believer and strong supporter of altruism. I believe that many do support policies and take positions out of the goodness of their hearts and want to contribute to making a better world.

Altruism starts at home, taking care of our own.
