One key thing they don't point out in there lawsuit is that Arizona Employer Sanction Law requires all Arizona businesses to use E-verify which is not a requirement by the Feds. With the Feds it is voluntary for employers to use E-verify, with Arizona it is mandatory as it should be and should be nationally.

First Bush and now Obama thinks they can do as they please.Seems both think our constitution is just a GD piece of paper.

Under the guise of protecting Civil Rights Obama plans to dismantle States Rights.

Both Bush and Obama has manipulated our laws to serve their purpose not to do the will of the people but to force their will upon us.

WASHINGTON - The Obama administration has asked the Supreme Court to decide whether federal immigration law trumps Arizona's attempt to punish businesses that employ illegal immigrants.

The solicitor general's office in the Justice Department says an Arizona law on employer sanctions disrupts a careful legal balance that Congress struck nearly 25 years ago.

Lower courts have said that the Arizona law is not pre-empted by the federal law. The Obama administration says that should be reversed.

PRESIDENT OBAMA is AGAINST stricter enforcement of immigration laws and secure borders, he simply wants to make illegal aliens citizens, and allow ANYONE to become an American Citizen anytime. Is that a shocker or what? President OBAMAnation of Desolation is king of deceit and lies.

First Obama allows the border to become a total sieve -- with illegal aliens piling onto American soil like La Ratas on to cheese.

Second, Obama is against Arizona Law that simply says law enforcement shall check immigration status while doing routine police work -- traffic tickets, arrests, drug busts etc.

Now Obama is against an Arizona law -- Legal Arizona Workers Act -- that went into effect January 1, 2008 and has been very effective at ending that state's illegal alien worker cheats. The case the court is considering is Chamber of Commerce v. Candelaria.

The truth about President OBAMAnation of Desolation and the Democrat's so called immigration reform is that it is "no reform whatsoever" but just another "path to citizenship" amnesty designed to keep unemployment high and destroy the fabric of American Society. Just like the campaign slogan "Change you can believe in" is no change at all.

wow it's beyond reason that the president would even move on the employer sanctions law ... i almost don't beleive it ....

This would be fantastic thou if he moves against this ....

can you imgine the outrage amoung american citizens at the thought that the white house is making it easier for illegal immigrants to steal jobs ??

To us it seems clear that the Prez doesn't want to enforce any immigration laws, federal or state. If the mainstream media fails to cover this issue, I'm not sure the general public will know what's going on.

Obama didn't allow the border to become a total sieve,

it's always been a sieve. He just didn't do anything to make it any better.
