Suspect in El Salvador slaying deported from Va.

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say a man from El Salvador accused of a slaying in that country has been deported from Virginia.
Thirty-1-year-old Jose Yuber Antonio Del Cid-Cruz, who lived in Falls church while he was in the U.S. illegally, was deported to El Salvador on Tuesday. He is charged in a 2009 slaying there.
ICE officials say Del Cid-Cruz is a member of the MS-13 gang. This is the third time he has been deported.
Authorities say he was convicted last year in federal court in northern Virginia for illegally re-entering the U.S. ICE took custody of Del Cid-Cruz on March 1.
