Atwater 5 to appeal

Two weeks ago, five immigrants were denied a chance to appeal deportation. But, they may now have a chance to have their cases dismissed.
Following the June 2007 raids on Atwater Street in Fair Haven, 16 immigrants were identified for deportation. Eleven of the 16 were given the opportunity to appeal their cases by Judge Michael Straus based on their conviction that those Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids had violated their constitutional rights. When are these attorneys going to get it that illegal aliens are not subjects of the Constitution and don't have rights of citizens? This really irritates me. They keep trying to give non-citizens civil rights. Human rights and that's it!!!!!!!! If they keep pushing it, they are going to give our Constitutional rights to every terrorist that can fly in here.
Do you really want foreign nationals on the same legal footing as you in your own country? Hell NO!
Terriorist rights, brought to you by Skull and Bones.

The immigration attorneys get their panties in a bunch because an immigration violation is a civil offense and there is no right to an attorney for a civil suit. (No job for attorneys) If it were a criminal suit they would. (Jobs for attorneys and pro bono fees paid for with your tax dollars)
When the government violates those rights for one group of people, all of us are put at risk.
Simple concept of the Constitution and going to law school seems to cause a comprehension problem.
