EL PASO - United States officials say one of the top men in the Juarez Cartel has been brought to the U.S. To face charges.
Jose Rodolfo Escajeda will stand trial on drug trafficking charges.
He is alleged to have controlled a trafficking corridor near Ciudad Juarez.
He was arrested last year by Mexican authorities.
