YOUNGSTOWN, FL- Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and Bay County Sheriff's Deputies raided a Youngstown business Wednesday, arresting several suspected illegal immigrants.

They executed a search and seizure warrant at Webb's Seafood around 9:30 Wednesday morning. Walter Smith, who represents owners Robert and Janet Webb, says I.C.E.. Officials arrested 10 workers who were detained 3 years ago for using fake documents to enter the country.

They were deported but, according to Smith, were allowed back in the country on work visa's. 7 other workers were arrested and are facing possible deportation for allegedly using false information to get into the country.

The Webb's are not facing charges at this time, but agents seized all of their computers and servers.

Smith said, "It's a combination of new people with false identification and old people with valid work visa's, but who may have had false identification 2 or 3 years ago. On top of that they seized all of there computers, files, and documents to see if there was any knowing employment of illegal aliens here at Webb's Seafood, and I'm convinced they're not going to find anything like that."

Smith says he doesn't know when ice will return the computers and documents to the Webb's.

Why are you so 'convinced' Mr. Smith?

The fact that Webb hired, then rehired the SAME ILLEGAL ALIENS is enough evidence. They don't need one bit of other evidence to both prosecute Webb for knowingly hiring illegal aliens OR deported the same, rehired illegal aliens again.

So evidently ICE still occasionally is allowed to do workplace raids.
