HAMILTON — Undercover deputies have arrested two illegal immigrants advertising fraudulent documents for sale, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Victor Meza-Martinez, 24, and Jose Borrios-Gomez, 30, were arrested Tuesday afternoon, July 7 at a UDF on Ohio 4 in Fairfield. Meza-Martinez was charged with 17 counts of forgery and one count of falsification. He was in possession of 17 fraudulent documents for others and one fraudulent ID for himself, officials said.

Borrios-Gomez was charged with fours counts of forgery. He had two fraudulent cards that were ordered by the undercover officers, and two other ID cards, officials said.

Both are illegal immigrants, Meza-Martinez from Mexico and Borrios-Gomez from Honduras, according to the sheriff’s office. Borrios-Gomez has been deported once before, officials said.

They are both being held in the Butler County Jail with no bond and Immigration and Customs Enforcement “holders,â€
