Rape suspect Noe Moran

VERO BEACH, Fla. – A suspected illegal alien is in custody today for allegedly trying to rape a 12-year-old girl he saw in a swimming pool.

Authorities say the suspect, 24-year-old Noe Lorenzo Moran, a native of Honduras, was working as a painter at Vero Beach's Waterford Lakes when he targeted the child, who was swimming alone.

Police reports indicate Moran forced the girl against a wall, then removed her bikini bottoms and touched her.

The victim fought back and was able to get away from her assailant. She contacted authorities from a hospital she fled to, complaining of abdominal pains.


The girl then worked with police to catch her attacker, telephoning him.

"In a taped phone call, he apologizes to the girl, says he's sorry and sets up a meeting to make it up to her here, just a few blocks from her home," said WPEC-TV reporter Jana Eschbach.

The Indian River County Sheriff's Office arrested Moran at a nearby convenience store, as the suspect thought he was going to meet the girl.

He's charged with sexual battery and is being held on a $150,000 bail, with his arraignment slated for July 28.

"No matter how you feel about the immigration debate, one thing is certain," noted Eschbach. "You cannot check out the background of a worker who has no documentation."

Why is it the victims of these illegal alien rapists keep being children so often???? We have more reports like this than we can keep up with now. Rapes, gang rapes, child rapes.... I guess if you do not recognize the laws and boundaries of nations some of the illegals do not respect the other boundaries needed for a safe society either.

Alleged Indian River County molester's bail set at $150,000

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A 24-year-old man accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl in a subdivision community pool during the weekend was given a $150,000 bond Tuesday at his first appearance in court.
Noe Lorenzo Moran of the 1800 block of 41st Avenue was arrested Monday evening and charged with felony sexual battery on the girl. He remained in jail Tuesday.

Sheriff's detectives said Moran on Saturday evening stripped down to his boxer shorts and entered the community pool at a subdivision in the 1300 block of 12th Street while the 12-year-old girl was swimming.
No one else was in the pool at the time, according to the arrest affidavit.

After approaching the girl, detectives said Moran pushed her to the shallow end of the pool and "held her against the wall (of the pool) against her will," the affidavit stated. He then removed the girl's bikini bottom and sexually abused her, detectives alleged.

The girl told deputies she was able to break away from him after a minute or two and later had to go to the hospital for abdominal pains, the affidavit stated.

She reported the incident to deputies at the hospital.

Detectives monitored a recorded phone call Monday between Moran and the girl. They alleged Moran made "incriminating statements" about sexually abusing the girl in the pool on Saturday and "repeatedly stated he was sorry," according to the affidavit.

Officials didn't elaborate on the taped conversation. Moran did not have an attorney assigned Tuesday to comment on his case.

A judge on Tuesday ordered Moran to not have any contact with the girl if he posts bond.

His arraignment is scheduled for July 28.


The charge
Sexual battery on a 12-year-old is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

These are the monsters that worthless pile of tic turd that takes up space in the Oval Office says are honest, hard working and are deserving of citizenship. They reffered to them as undocumented after the marches as well. They changed the term back to illegal when many of us began hammering our local stations with emails of complaints. Also reffering to illegal alien as the term used in our laws by our government.
