Sutton Greeted At South Texas College of Law By Protesters

    By Digger

That bastion of legal integrity, US Attorney Johnny Sutton, was greeted by angry protesters demanding freedom for Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean on Saturday January 26, 2008. Along with freedom for the two agents who were wrongfully prosecuted protesters demanded the firing of Johnny Sutton.

Why the law school felt that Sutton is someone who should be giving talks to new law students is beyond me. Maybe he was instructing them on how to trump up additional charges that can put law enforcement behind bars. Or maybe he was instructing them on how to screw people over on your way to the top. Or maybe he was talking about how to win friends and influence people... nah.

Anyway, Lone Star Times has a great wrap up and photo essay so go read/view it.
