Honest people can disagree about the proper scope of government, but we can all be certain that when the Founders said that one of the purposes of writing our constitution was to "promote the general welfare," they were speaking about the welfare of Americans.

The Open Borders, Come And Get It crowd on the other hand is completely willing to throw Americans under the bus. Republicans do it, to get docile labor, Democrats do it, to swell their ranks, and Church elites do it, to get new money. If Americans are to be protected, the impetus will have to come from us.
