"I've checked the Congressional Record for when the 14th Amendment was written, and the author was quoted as saying that it did not apply to foreigners," he said. "There's no question in my mind about it."
There's no question in my mind either that the author would have NEVER intended to convey US Citizenship to the spawn of two individuals who entered this country in violation of federal law and by their own free will! It defies common sense and would contradict the rest of the language included within the 14th Amendment.

Time to end the anchor baby madness in this country once and for all!

Exactly why California is already bankrupt. Illegals sucked that state dry. Now they are after Texas, Arizona and New Mexico.

This has been going on for over 2 decades since the 1986 amnesty. 60,000 is just Texas, now multiply that by all states and the numbers are substantial. Corporations look at these numbers as future consumers to market to.

Hospitals are often stuck with bills when emergencies occur. For example:

This gradual and consistent colonization by Mexican illegal aliens and birthright citizenships is unlikely to stop any time soon.

Between 2001 and 2009, births to illegal immigrant women totaled 542,152 in Texas alone.
Wow! That's $3,795,064,000 ($7,000 av. cost) that tax payers had stolen from them!! And that's only HAVING the kid. Then they get everything else for free after that! Can you imagine the costs to Texas? This crap has got to stop!! By signing a strict enforcement bill, the 11 billion shortfall would be immediately resolved!!
Don't think about all the things you fear, just be glad you're here.

Yes, I can imagine the cost.
Years ago a lady was 6 months pregnant, taking care of a significantly disabled parent, and the father walked away from the pregnancy/child.
She went looking for help. Any kind of help.
The answer she received when she applied for food stamps and medicaid, wanting it only long enough to get to hire-able again, was "You're a young white girl, get a job." (emphasis mine, she was in her mid 20's and six months pregnant.. real hire-able, sure)

There was a witness to this, but they would do nothing because the case worker's immediate superior claimed "she would never say that," and that superior's superior said the lady had to get the complaint filed with the woman's immediate superior... who refused to file it.

This is a common problem. And it is racism, there is no such thing as "reverse racism." ( I HATE that phrase)

How many other citizens have gone from needing a little hand-up to near destitution to have claw their way out of because of all of the help that is supposed to be there for us being passed out like welcoming goodie bags to illegal aliens who start off by breaking a federal level law?

It HAS to stop. We HAVE to be able to take care of our own before we can take on other countries' needy, and even then the help should be offered on location, not brought here.

BTW, you do realize that they often don't even have to make it to delivery date to get the "assistance" in many cases, right? They will often be granted assistance for pre-natal, even on their first child. (so no "citizen" ties to justify it with, even)
I don't care who you are, how you got here, what color you are, what language/dialect you speak... If you didn't get here legally then you don't belong here. Period.

Donald Kerwin, a vice president of the Migration Policy Institute in Washington, D.C., said he feared that altering the current interpretation of that law "would essentially restore the Dred Scott reasoning and create a hereditary underclass in the United States.

"These children, who didn't break any laws, would have no rights and nowhere to go," he said. "It's a very extreme position."
WRONG!!!! They go to their parent's homelands, where they are citizens. Mommy needs to go get the baby documents from her government.

    60,000 to 65,000 babies

So just imagine the astronomical amount of entitlements these criminals get for breaking the law.

The enemy is in the white house
