Texas Judge Orders Force-Feeding For Illegal Immigrant

A federal judge has ordered an illegal immigrant at a South Texas facility to be force fed after the man went on a hunger strike that started last month.

U.S. District Judge Hilda Tagle on Wednesday ordered Kenson Lima, 26, to be given medical care and fed intravenously.


Lima, a Haitian immigrant being held at the Port Isabel Detention Center, collapsed in a shower a few days after starting a hunger strike June 23, according to court records.

Immigration officials filed a federal lawsuit to force feed him after he was taken to Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.

Lima is fighting his deportation case.

A hearing is scheduled Monday.

Why ELE? Because this illegal invader (Lima) is fighting his deportation case, and this bleeding heart liberal judge wants to make sure he lives long enough to get his green card!
