PHOENIX - Police have captured a known gang member, wanted for threatening his neighbor with a gun.

With tattoos covering his face, head and neck, his looks made it difficult to hide.

Officers arrested 35-year-old Leo Rodriguez on Saturday, at the Jack in the Box at 40th Street and University Drive.

On July 15, police say Rodriguez -- who goes by the name "Bozo" -- got into an argument with his neighbor near Western Avenue and Litchfield Road, in Goodyear.

He's accused of pointing an assault rifle holding 34 rounds at the victim and threatening to shoot him.

Rodriguez was gone by the time officers got there.

They found guns and ammunition throughout his home.

Rodriguez faces four felony counts.

He was released from prison in December, after serving more than nine years.

He has been convicted of charges including aggravated assault, possession of stolen property, theft and burglary.

Police say he is a flight risk because of his ties to the Mexican Mafia and the 18th Street Eastside Posse in Arizona and in other states.

They say he is a threat to society.
