Senate panel to consider college tuition for children of illegal immigrants

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Tomorrow afternoon a state Senate committee will consider a proposal to grant the children of illegal immigrants in-state tuition. The Senate Education Committee is scheduled to consider Senator Joyce Elliott's proposal. Elliott's bill faced a skeptical Senate during a rare "committee of the whole" meeting before the chamber last week. It also faces opposition from Governor Beebe, who has said it may violate federal law. But Elliott says she's confident she has enough votes to get the measure out of committee.

So are governments going to give United States Citizens totally free college. If not why would we Americans give undocumented studentd or their lawless parents a free ride? The should all have self-deported themselves.
