    "Liberia is in no position to absorb them," says Charles Minor, Liberia's ambassador to the United States.

    It appears that there is a consideration for every country's circumstances and an effort to not over-burden them. Doesn't anyone hear us? We cannot absorb them either, but it looks like that does not matter; not to the other country's government or to the U.S. Government. How long will it be before we are a third world country and how did we get in this mess?

    While I have some empathy for their plight, if they have been here since 1991, it's time for them to go home -- especially as the war is over and the government is working to rebuild.

    What's sad about this is that Liberia was a country founded by AMERICAN blacks and w/the assistance of the US government.
