    Man who dealt cocaine at Taqueria DF could face deportation

    BOULDER — A Longmont man who pleaded guilty to a felony drug possession charge after investigators accused him of selling cocaine alongside burritos was sentenced to three years in prison and three years’ parole today.

    Agustin Cardona-Ruiz, 44, sold cocaine to undercover cops over the counter at the Taqueria DF restaurant on the 800 block of Lashley Street in January after the investigators ordered food “and a Coke,â€

    Cardona-Ruiz’s lawyer, Boulder County public defender Yasmin Forouzandeh, argued that facing deportation and potentially losing his five children were harsh enough penalties beyond the two year minimum prison term he’d serve. Cardona believes that he was manipulated into selling the cocaine and that he made a bad choice that he regrets, she said.

    People have been selling drugs from Roach Coaches as long as I can remember, grass in Palm Beach FL. and beer buried deep in the ice for construction workers in Boston MA. 2 that I remember.

    How many trucks sell drugs near schools? Usually one person owns several trucks and has illegals run them,They sell what he tells them to !
