    Inca manager gets probation

    A Sioux Falls restaurant manager has been fined and placed on probation for recruiting illegal immigrants for work.

    Oscar Cadena, 36, pleaded guilty in April to recruiting illegal aliens to Inca Mexican Restaurant, where Cadena worked as manager.

    Cadena was sentenced this week to four years probation and a $3,000 fine.

    Cadena's brother-in-law and restaurant owner, Julio Espino, will be sentenced June 25 for harboring an illegal alien.
