Three El Paso sex offenders deported to Mexico

Three El Paso convicted sex offenders were ordered deported to Mexico in the past three weeks, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said today.
Oscar Ricardo Pacheco, 22, of the 1000 block of Newman Street, was deported Monday. Pacheco, a legal resident, was convicted May 24 of indecency with a 16-year-old girl he had met on MySpace, and sentenced to 10 years probation.

Jose Arturo Torres Soriano, 26, an undocumented immigrant, was deported May 31. He had been convicted for sexual assault of a child May 10.

Juan Carlos Aguilar, aka Juan Leal, 32, a legal resident from Canutillo, was ordered deported May 11. He was convicted two years ago on two counts of indecency with a child for exposing himself to two sisters, ages 11 and 6, as they were walking home from school. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
