Three illegal immigrant arrests made in Tucson Sector

Agents from the Casa Grande station in the Tucson Border Patrol Sector made three arrests related to illegal immigration between Friday, April 4 and Sunday, April 6.



On April 4, agents went to a house suspected of harboring illegal aliens and arrested four people, three for being in the country illegally and one U.S. citizen who had an outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.



On April 5, agents apprehended a Mexican national who had been convicted of felony aggravated criminal sexual contact in New Jersey. He was processed for removal proceedings.



On April 6, a Mexican national was taken into custody who had been convicted of second degree murder in Long Branch, New Jersey and sentenced to seven years in jail. He was also processed for removal proceedings.
