Does money make the world go round? If we as a people cannot or will not understand where money comes from, how it is distributed, how a value is attached then we will continue in the same paths as in the past. Money rules. JMO

The entire reason that Obama and the democrats got a chance is that the last Republican administration was so hostile to the middle and working classes. Electing McCain was seen as a third term for Bush, and we couldn't even afford the first two.

I agree. In our union there are a lot of conservative people, but they are never given Republican candidates who will take much of a stand for them. Our head leadership wanted us all to get on the John Edwards bandwagon, so that shows how out of touch they are. Whether it is ultra liberals increasing the deficit by frivolous spending, or "conservatives" just printing up money and letting the Wall Street crooks get it, and then referring to that as "Creating wealth"--it is all wrong.
