    At first, I felt bad about this. I don't want any baby to be sick or develop a handicap due to lack of care. But then again, they aren't being denied care, they just have to pay for it like everyone else. And if you can't afford to take care of a child, then keep your pants on.

    They also have 9mo`s before birth to get the paper`s ready.

    New Rules

    As I understand the new rules, the citizenship of all babies from needy families must be proven, whether the parents are illegal aliens or U.S. Citizens.
    There are immigrants and there are illegal aliens. An immigrant comes here legally, obeys our laws, assimilates, and the only flags an immigrant waves is an American flag. There's no such thing as an illegal immigrant.
