Thread: Time overdue to try attrition through enforcement

The lenders who were foolish enough to sell them houses will find out just how dumb they were and I've heard of illegals re-financing, taking out the money, and then leaving the house.

I heard one time that lenders who take a risk on illegals require a minimum of 20% down. This is one option BUT another is that if they do leave the home, they leave it under the "guardianship" of another family member and continue to have the "masses of illegal family" continuing to live in the house. Sanctuary Minneapolis is well-known for the latter option.

LaRaza gets several million a year for "housing counseling"...funny I thought real estate agents did that but apparently the taxpayers are paying the agents. There are all sorts of down payment assistance programs. "The Race" gets all sorts of freebies while establishng beachheads! Thanks to the American taxpayer.

Yes I forgot about that one "Populist" that would be a good one to throw in Hillarys face. It amazes me how anyone would trust either one of these two people, especially when it means so much to the survival of our country.

Makes you wonder how many of those Century 21, or other, real estate franchises, owned by hispanics, were financed with government money.

There are probably so many underhanded things our government has done to help these peole establish beachheads - we would be even sicker than we are now.

Attrition will work - I'm afraid many of them are just moving around the country to states, like Texas, whose governor seems intent on making it an illegal friendly state. Hooray for some cities that are waking up.

Just me, but 6 months is too long. I think 60 days is enough. They can put the house in the hands of a realtor, lawyer, someone they trust to sell the house, have a garage sale, and go home within 60 days.
