Tip leads to stash house filled with 71 unauthorized immigrants

A total of 71 unauthorized immigrants were apprehended at a stash house in Weslaco.



The immigrant stash house is located on Mile 4 ½, and Border Patrol, Hidalgo County and Constables all responded to the scene.

The unauthorized immigrants were present in the U.S. illegally from Salvador, Guatemala Honduras and Mexico.

Out of the 71 immigrants, 11 of them are minors.

Border patrol agents knocked on the door and asked for consent to search the home after getting a tip about the stash house.

Action 4 News will provide further information once details are released to us.

I don't know if this post is copied directly from some lackey "news" media source but please people, whenever possible do not let the enemy control the language. These people are not "unauthorized immigrants" these are foreigners who do not belong in the US. They are ILLEGAL ALIENS. If possible, when posting articles using this un-American, deceptive, manipulation of language at least place a "sic." after these attempts to win an argument by distorting the language. Thus the article above should be posted as : "A total of 71 unauthorized immigrants (sic.) were apprehended at a stash house in Weslaco."

Property Owners Clean Up Stash House

WESLACO - The owners of a home used to stash illegal immigrants are cleaning up the mess left behind.
Border Patrol agents pulled 71 illegal immigrants from Martin Murio's home north of Weslaco last week.

Murio says the immigrants left a major mess. He said piles of clothing, old food and stains were found inside the house Wednesday.

Border Patrol agents on Monday said none of the immigrants were diagnosed with illnesses or contagious infections and they've each been processed.

Murio says he's not worried about his health as he cleans up.

"I imagine that's the way people think. Those illnesses are going to exist, but it's all in your mind that you're going to sick from this or from that," he said.

Murio said a family member who lives out of the Valley rented out the home over the phone. He said the family had no idea it was being used as a stash house.
