Guatemalan national Ever Ricardo Morales, 22, was arrested on Wednesday in Murfreesboro, TN and charged with five counts of statutory rape. The victim is a 13-year-old girl.

Murfreesboro Police Detective Tommy Roberts told reporters: “Morales admitted having sex with her starting March of 2008 and through July of 2009. (The) victim stated that it has been going on longer.â€
