Published November 23rd, 2009
Federal authorities say a Johnson City woman operated a document mill from her home that provided more than 400 fake identification documents for undocumented Hispanic aliens.
Lindsey Rebecca Shepard, 24, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on Friday on two counts of manufacture of false documents — one of the counts specifically refers to Resident Alien Cards.
She pleaded not guilty and the case is set for trial in January.
