A Murfreesboro man claiming to be 22-years-old admitted he was having sex with a 13-year-old girl in an interview with police this week.



Ever R. Morales, of 309 4th Avenue, was charged with five counts of statutory rape after an interview with Murfreesboro Police's Special Victim's Detective Tommy Roberts.

Robert's report states that Morales claims to be 22, but does not possess any legal documentation that would validate his age.
