Man to go on trial in child rape case

A man is scheduled to go to trial on charges he raped a 15-year-old girl.

Ferdin Lorenzo-Jose was arrested in August. The official charges against him are statutory rape and child molestation.

He's been in jail ever since his arrest because immigration agents believe he may be in the country illegally, and they have a hold on him.
