Again, if we have learned anything in the last 50 years and the implementing of The Great Society, we have learned that anyone, anywhere, can file a lawsuit for any reason, and they can usually find a judge somewhere to accept it.

All this muck and mire we live with today didn't come about because there was solid law behind the decisions.
