These are the complexities of US immigration law that you are ignoring, the body of laws already in existence that govern the issuance of work permits by the US government.

Why aren't you demanding cancellation of ALL work permits issued by the US government that are not associated with a green card or visa program approved by Congress?
I knew the obfuscation was coming. Listen, courts deal in law, not policy. Your senseless words are just "blowing in the wind" as far as I'm concerned.

Well, you're having a hard time thinking straight let alone telling what's blowing in the wind, because you're up to your ears by now in the Quicksand and sinking fast. Won't be long now. Glub!! Glub!!

Not trying to get into an argument, but --

If we have learned anything in he last 50 years, it is that our courts do definitely deal in 'policies'. Actually, they make policy all the time.

They render verdicts, make rulings based on some emotional filing, thereby setting a precedent that can be used by future courts.

It is not the way it should be, but if we are going to get anything done, we are going to have to face the facts of the way things are --------

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems you're talking about policy that is contrary to actual law. That is not the case in this situation because anyone attempting to stop Trump from ending DACA would have not had any law to argue on their side. Trump or Secretary of DHS could have cancelled the memorandum that instituted DACA with a memo. There is no lawful argument that could be presented to dispute Trump's right from doing so ..... hence no case.

Again, if we have learned anything in the last 50 years and the implementing of The Great Society, we have learned that anyone, anywhere, can file a lawsuit for any reason, and they can usually find a judge somewhere to accept it.

All this muck and mire we live with today didn't come about because there was solid law behind the decisions.
