Stephen Miller, I hope you're still reading our forum, tell Trump he can unleash over 800,000 sworn, trained, ready, willing and able state and law enforcement officers to do this for US without any added expense to anyone because they're already paid, insured, benefited, equipped and pensioned. They also know who they are, where they are and what they're doing!

Absolutely!!! Trump could also end Anchor Baby Citizenship with an Executive Order. It's totally illegal giving these people citizenship through passports and social security numbers. They aren't citizens, they're children of illegal aliens banned by US immigration law from even being in our country on our soil.

IMO, this won't work near as efficiently as you think because there is a huge difference in the word 'authorize' and 'mandate'. A large portion of the illegals in this country are already living in sanctuary states, cities, towns and counties that have zero interest in what the federal government "authorizes" them to do concerning immigration law enforcement.

While it's true something is always better than nothing, but I just don't think the DAVIS-OLIVER Act would live up to your expectations. Besides that, it's pretty much a moot point anyway because we can't even get an immigration enforcement bill through the U.S. Senate right now. A prime example of that is Kate's Law.

If only half of them get involved, that's 400,000 state and local police officers enforcing US immigration law in their cities, counties and states that aren't now. They can do a lot more a lot quicker than 5,000 ICE Agents. Then those cities, counties and states will show what it's like not to have these costs and crimes of illegal immigration in their jurisdiction and pretty soon, someone in a sanctuary city is going to say "oh, wow, I want me some of that".
