    At least they are doing SOMETHING right in this case!!! Should be that way for ALL of them. Arrest, NO bond eligibility, a speedy trial (2 days of wait tops if caught on friday evening, then a less than hour trial), then ship them OUT of here, and not simply a cab ride to the border. Send them as deep into their country as possible, then simply dump them.

    Confiscate the money; deliver them to Vincente....at the front door of his home!! He can invite them in to meet his family and serve them some tea, visit, and have a nice day together....crying over the lost money, now in USA's purse!!
