There was a Washington Times article posted earlier that mis-stated this and claimed there were only 500 BP agents and 1000 ICE Agents. I thought they had it wrong, because it's supposed to be 5,000 BP Agents and 10,000 ICE Agents. This article doesn't discuss the ICE agents but I'm sure they're in this budget too.
