Okay, now you're asking a different question. Of course you know I've already answered this for you before.

If the asylum claimant fails their credible fear screening, they become eligible for immediate removal. However, A detainee who has not established a credible fear can request a review of the decision in a hearing by an immigration judge. This is a last resort effort. Should the judge agree with the initial findings by Border Patrol, the detainee will be deported without further recourse.

A detainee who has established a credible fear of persecution will be allowed to apply for asylum, either while in detention or after having been released. That's a call that rest with DHS. It's these releases that must be stopped!
