Yes, and the "new one" sounds like it will boon to the farmers bank accounts but a serious detriment to the American tax payer who will subsidize the farmers strong desire for cheap labor! The real solution here is to start a campaign of numerous raids on illegal alien hiring farms. Time to start holding the farmers accountable and force them to use the H-2A visa program we already have, not make it easier by getting rid of the protections built into the program designed to protect Americans jobs!

The 15,000 new ICE agents were in the DACA deal bills, Goodlatte bill in the House and Grassley bill in the Senate.

Sure, give it a try. But the new program doesn't change the protection of American jobs. What is hurting American workers and taxpayers now is the hiring of illegal aliens at below market wages.

In the dust bin with the defeated Goodlatte and Grassley bills that would have funded the 15,000 additional ICE agents needed to enforce the laws.

Why don't you ask where the DACA's are? I thought deporting DACA's was your tippy top goal? By the way, DACA's are still here under federal court protection.
