What's fake? I agree there is some speculation, but it's Trump's own words that are creating the speculation. It's no secret that Trump has always bounced around on the issue of dealing with the illegals currently residing here in the United States. He did it during his campaign and he's still doing it. During the campaign he said he was going to immediately end DACA. Now he's saying he's going to work something out that people will be happy with and proud of. In other words, he's not being clear and concise with his intentions. It's understandable that folks, including the media, are speculating on what he has planned.

He's very clear and concise about repealing DACA executive orders, what else does he need to be clear and concise about?

Ending one amnesty program to create another one isn't what most of us had in mind. Working something out could imply that. We'll see ...

There are a still a lot of people in this country who believe the illegals are just those benign poor people who want to work.

They don't know and haven't really seen the destruction of communities and lives of American people.

There has been discussion of the criminals, but not of the millions of others who are causing problems.

They just see the sob stories on the media and believe it's all true. Until they've been harmed or lost a job to them or realize how many there are and what they're costing and that they're operators for the drug cartels, they're sympathetic to the "story".
