Surprised that you only responded to one single item in my post. Figured you'd have more to dispute than that.

Yes, I know he didn't get any this year, I thought he got some in last year's 2017 Omnibus. Maybe I'm wroing about that. He asked for funding for 5,000 more BP agents last year and for some reason I thought he got it or at least got some of it. Maybe not. Well, I don't guess it matters since they can't seem to find enough recruits to even fill their attrition. SAD!
