MCALLEN, Texas—Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.

“This is not the CBP [Customs and Border Protection] or another federal agency renting or leasing an aircraft, these are the same planes that the American public uses for domestic travel,” said Garza. “This just adds insult to injury. Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer. The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.”
Spokesman Garza continued, “We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. We know nothing about most of them, ICE releases them into the American public, and now they are boarding aircraft at will with a simple paper document that anyone can easily alter or reproduce themselves.”

The shocking assertions by Garza were further validated by the national body of the NBPC. Breitbart Texas obtained an exclusive statement from the NBPC.

“The National Border Patrol Council adamantly opposes the decision of DHS to release the illegal aliens who have been transported from the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector to other locations for processing. The lack of consequences has furthered this crisis and will only continue to do so. The fact that TSA is accepting the I-862 (Notice to Appear) as a form of identification and allowing illegal aliens to travel commercially shows just how little regard the federal government has for its own immigration laws.”

Breitbart Texas also spoke with Shawn Moran, the vice president of the NBPC and he stated, “Why waste money and effort transporting people from the RGV if we are only going to release them with no real way to track them? Why are we allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer.”
Spokesman Garza highlighted the significance of the NBPC’s assertions regarding security threats posed to the American public and stated, “The threat this poses from terrorists upon the American people is absolutely unacceptable. Central Americans are not the only people crossing our border and being released. Does anyone actually think that cartels and others criminal or possible terrorist organizations are not taking advantage of the fact that we are having to leave our border wide open while we reassigning the majority of our agents to process family units and minors? Of course this situation is being exploited by such threats.”
The concerns raised by the NBPC about possible security risks, especially in regards to the safety of commercial airliners, are reinforced by a 2012 United Nations (UN) report previously covered by this reporter. The UN Office on Drugs and Crime's "Transnational Organized Crime in Central America and the Caribbean" revealed that individuals from the terror-prone Somalia were traveling to Central America in efforts to illegally enter the United States. The report states:

"Central Americans are not the only ones being smuggled through Mexico to the United States. Irregular migrants from the Horn of Africa (Eritrea, Somalia, and Ethiopia), as well as South Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal, India), China, and other African and Asian states are being smuggled through Central America."

In light of the UN report, possible public safety risks posed by illegal aliens who claim to be from Central America flying unidentified and without effective documentation are further illuminated by a previous in-depth analysis of Somalia by the nonpartisan Council on Foreign Relations. They wrote on Somalia:

"Its porous borders mean that individuals can enter without visas, and once inside the country, enjoy an almost complete lack of law enforcement. Somalia has long served as a passageway from Africa to the Middle East based on its coastal location on the Horn of Africa, just a boat ride away from Yemen. These aspects make Somalia a desirable haven for transnational terrorists, something Al-Qaeda has tried to capitalize on before, and is trying again now."

Breitbart Texas reached out to the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) for comment without receiving a response at the time of this article's publication.

How far will the Obama administration go to blackmail the House to pass Sen.744? Can we get a court to order a long term mental evaluation, PLEASE? Be careful boarding, the guy sitting behind you may be .... is it possible that before he got that "Notice to Appear" that he is on the No Fly list? Yep, it is possible.

This is probably the last straw for me. They are exposing the general public to disease and who will pay for it? It won't be the Obama administration or the illegals.

Let's try it this afternoon, Snerdley. Let's head over to PBI and try to get on an airplane without any ID. See what happens. This is an exclusive here from Breitbart News. It's like the National Screeners union that Snerdley's a member of. You know, Moe Thacker is the union chief. Is that not a perfect union thug name? Moe Thacker has been the head of the United Screeners union since I started this program in New York in 1988. The Border Patrol has a union. It's called the National Border Patrol Council. The spokesman has a name here. His name is Hector Garza, and he is the Local 2455 spokesman. Lois Lerner could even do it. "The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth." These are notices to appear before an immigration judge. And everybody knows they're not gonna show up and appear. They're gonna end up in the shadows.
This is just more monkey business by the Regime. "Oh, but they've all promised to show up. They've all promised to come back and appear. That's why we're letting them in the country. We give them the Notice to Appear form, and they swear that they'll come back."
But we're not tracking them. We don't know where they go. Well, I'm not sure about that. I wonder if there's a paper trail where all of these illegal aliens, not just children, by the way, they're being dispersed. They're not in these processing centers very long. They're being dispersed to, quote, unquote, families, sponsors. I read a story the other day that they're outraged in Michigan over the influx of some of these illegal alien kids. They are being flown all over the country, and apparently the Border Patrol union guy said they're allowed on planes without any valid ID.
Spokesman Garza, Hector Garza of the Local 2455, the National Border Patrol Council said, "We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. Even if the form they have is legit, it's still not a real ID. We still don't know who they are. So Breitbart wanted to see if this was real or just the rant of one local union spokesman, and they found out that Garza was validated by the national body of the National Border Patrol Council, the NBPC. And Breitbart Texas obtained an exclusive statement from the NBPC, and it's this.

So I'm gonna ask, since the subject keeps coming up, is this just this Obama bunch in the middle of a crisis not knowing what the hell to do? Is this something else? Is this the purposeful erasure of the border, if not erasure, is it the blurring of the border? Now, I've been thinking about this. I got this e-mail from my friend who thinks, "Rush, these people, they're in over their head and they don't know what to do. They're going from crisis to crisis, and they don't know what to do."
Now, he also says at the end of his e-mail that everything they're doing is on purpose, and by design, and I know that's contradictory. But let's take the first half of this. Okay, you have this bunch of extreme liberals who have never -- there's not a one of them, folks, in a prominent administration position who really has worked in the private sector. There isn't one. They are all think tank types or theoreticians, faculty lounge lizards, if you will.
They don't have any experience entrepreneurially. They don't have any experience running a business or making a payroll or any of that. They don't really have any experience dealing with the federal government from the private sector view of it. They're just theoreticians. In addition to that, they're arrogant and conceited. They think they're smarter than everybody else. They sit around and they look out over the country and they see what they don't like about it, what's unfair and unjust. They sit around and theorize how they could fix it all just with the power of their intelligence and personality if they ever got power.
Okay, so now they're in power. And everything they've tried, based on what they truly believe, let's give the benefit of the doubt here. They really believe taking money from the rich and passing it around is gonna grow an economy. They really believe that taking money from the rich and Big Business and spreading it around and redistributing wealth is gonna raise everybody's standard of living. Let's just say that that's what they believe. And they've been at it for five and a half years. Let's say they believe that government spending here and government spending there is how you grow an economy.



The stimulus, that's gonna create jobs. Roads and bridges are gonna be repaired, let's say they believe all this that they're saying. Well, they're obviously wrong, because none of what they believe has worked. None of what they have tried is worked. Okay, so five and a half years and they are in a state of shock. These are the best and brightest in their own minds. These are arrogant, condescending, conceited people who think everybody else is a bunch of idiots and they have all the answers.
They can right the wrongs of culture. They can reverse all the social injustice. They can make everything right again. They can make everybody equal. They can make everything fair. And they've been at it for five and a half years, and what have they got to show for it? Zilch, zero, nada. So now what do they do? Well, even giving them this benefit of the doubt, we are in big trouble 'cause they don't know what to do. Everything they believe does not work. By definition. By experience. Five and a half years of them doing what they believe obviously doesn't work.
Now, in their minds they haven't yet admitted it fails. They're still flummoxed why it hasn't worked yet and so now they're saying to themselves what the apologists for the Soviet Union said. "Well, you know, they just didn't have enough time and they ran out of money, but you put the right people in charge and it would have worked." That's what they've said about every failed socialist effort in the world.
They believe that they are finally the right people. "We're the ones we've been waiting for," whatever, and they've got unlimited money now because they're in charge of the Treasury. They are spending it like it's never been spent before, and it isn't fixing anything. It's continuing to break everything. What do they do? They don't know what to do. Everything they believe in is blowing up in their face. They automatically reject everything in the past that has worked, such as Reaganism, because it's inherently unfair, it's unjust, it benefits the rich, and there isn't any trickle-down. So they automatically reject what works because they politically arrogantly oppose it. So what do they do?
I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for you low-information voters who also give them the benefit of the doubt and think their intentions are honorable. No matter what we're still where we are. And they're either doing it on purpose or it's happened 'cause they don't know what they're doing. In either case, they don't know what to do next. Now, giving them the benefit of the doubt, what is the humanitarian thing going on here with immigration? You have to understand that the left's blurring of the borders and happily accepting the underclass of the world crossing the border, there's only a lot of things that could explain this.
A, they think it's the United States' fault that these people are poor. And don't doubt that. Remember, we are in many ways in their minds the great Satan. World's superpower, we're not wealthy because of anything we've done. We're wealthy 'cause we've stolen. We're wealthy because we took what was theirs and we used it and we grew powerful and wealthy and we didn't share it back. So these people coming in, it's really their stuff. We owe it to them. That's being charitable. Another way of being charitable is that -- well, no, not being charitable -- is that they realize that they're animals of electoral politics and they need more and more people like this registered as Democrats to keep them in power, so that they can continue on their path of social justice.
I don't care how you define their motives or their actions in explaining where we are. The one hard, cold reality is they do not know how to fix this. Even if they wanted to fix this, they do not know how. They have never attempted. All they've done is sat around amongst themselves and bitched and moaned about everything else and theorized how smarter they are than everybody else, and if they ever got the chance to govern, that they would show everybody how it's done. Well, they've been doing it five and a half years, and it's more broken than it's ever been.
They have no real-world experience at all. They're all academicians, theoreticians, pointy head, egghead think tank types. Their hands have never gotten dirty. They don't know what to do and they reject everything that works because it's politically unacceptable. Reaganism, free market capitalism. Ew, God, capitalism, ew. It's like showing Dracula the cross. You can't do that. It's unfair. People died, people suffered. There's suffering and there's harm and there's no gay marriage in capitalism, blah, blah. So they're not gonna do what works. They've already rejected that.
They're in the middle of a slow realization that they are bombing out. And since they've never, ever had any experience, and since what they profoundly believe to be true has never worked anywhere, i.e., socialism, communism, liberalism, it's never worked, woe is all of us, 'cause what do they do? It's potentially very dangerous now. What will they do? Because now it's total CYA. Now it's total protect Obama and the cause time. And whatever happens, make sure it ain't Obama's fault, make sure that liberalism doesn't get blamed, make sure that socialism doesn't get blamed. Whatever happens, it can't result in us getting blamed for it.
And the Republican Party is not out there publicly offering alternatives because they're afraid to. So we're kind of stuck here, 'cause the people in charge are clueless, don't know what to do, no experience with anything that works.

The Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) claims that Breitbart News' report that TSA officials are allowing illegal aliens to fly on commercial airlines without valid identification and by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms is false and inaccurate reporting.

In a sequence of tweets between Ross Feinstein, press secretary/spokesman of the TSA, and Managing Director of Breitbart Texas, Brandon Darby, Feinstein trashed Darby’s sources, saying that National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) spokesman Hector Garza and Shawn Moran, the vice president of the NBPC, are inaccurate.

Moran stated in Darby’s report on Friday: “Why waste money and effort transporting people from the [Rio Grande Valley] if we are only going to release them with no real way to track them? Why are we allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer[?]”

Feinstein claimed in his tweet that Darby’s report “is completely wrong.” He contended that no one had “contacted us for a statement and/or info. before publishing story.” Darby responded to the accusation, saying he did send a message to the TSA’s email address, showing Feinstein the address multimedia@dhs.gov, and told Feinstein to “learn to check your emails with the money we are paying you.”

Feinstein told Darby that was the wrong email address. Darby repeated that he had sent a notice to the TSA email and asked if TSA was using the same web designer as Healthcare.gov. According to Twitchy Media, Darby points out, it’s not the first time Department of Homeland Security officials have called out his National Border Patrol Council sources. Darby linked to an incident in which the San Diego sector of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) tweeted that one of Darby’s stories was “erroneous.” After Darby’s NBPC sources publicly stood by the article, the San Diego CBP quietly deleted its tweet.

Darby told Feinstein he stands by his sources and said, “You guys lie. Take up your issue with the Border Patrol union, but I believe them.”
