TSA Allowing Illegals to Use Arrest Warrants as Airport ID

In a statement to Fox News, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Press Secretary R. Carter Langston confirmed one of the most outlandish new policies being utilized by the Biden Administration. Illegal immigrants, people who are not supposed to be in our country in the first place, may now use their arrest warrants as ID at TSA checkpoints before hopping on a plane.

As part of routine requests from Congress , TSA Administrator David Pekoske responded to questions regarding identity verification for non -citizens at airport security checkpoints via correspondence received on January 7, 2022.

For non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who do not otherwise have acceptable forms of ID for presentation at security checkpoints, TSA may also accept certain DHS-issued forms, including ICE Form -200 (Warrant for Arrest of an Alien). Additionally, if a non U.S./Canadian citizen presents one of these alternate forms of ID, the Transportation Security Officer will look at the DHS- issued document for an alien identification number (A- file) and validate the document in one of two ways:

1. Where available , TSA queries the CBP One mobile application for a match with CBP’s databases; or

2. TSA’s National Transportation Vetting Center will query CBP’s databases for a match with A file records , which contain personally identifiable information, including biographic data, visas, photographs, affidavits, and official correspondence.

The Transportation Security Administration was established under George W. Bush just 2 months after the September 11th World Trade Center Attacks. The whole point of the TSA being at airports since its conception was to keep Americans safe by identifying and searching everyone who passes through. But now, in Joe Biden’s America, illegal immigrants can simply show proof that federal authorities are searching for them and attempting to arrest them and board the plane in no time. To make things even more absurd, Langston confirmed that if illegals do use an arrest warrant, TSA agents will run the warrant through Customs & Border Patrol’s data base to make sure the arrest warrant is legitimate. Once TSA can confirm that you’re a dangerous criminal on the run, you’ll be greeted with a smile and you can board your flight.

The fact that the TSA, the same people who make you throw away your shampoo bottle if it’s too big, don’t think that this is dangerous and frightening, is absolutely ludicrous. Not only does this encourage illegal immigrants to come to America and take advantage of our lack of sovereignty and depend on our bureaucratic state, but it also sets the precedent that we are no longer a nation of laws. What is the point of even being a United States citizen anymore if criminals who sneak into our country are treated better than us in every single aspect?

The Biden Administration has proven time and time again that there is no rule of law in this country. Illegal immigrants and terrorists are hailed as heroes and treated like kings while middle class Americans are squashed under the boot of neo-globalism.
