Tucson Border Patrol Chief Orders Illegal Border Crossing Co

Tucson Border Patrol Chief Orders Illegal Border Crossing Cover-UpBy Ben Anderson

    ~ Foreword ~

Ben Anderson is a highly credible individual who lives in Cochise County and has many sources in the Border Patrol. Border Patrol managers are part of the Dept. of Homeland Insecurity, an executive cabinet department whose head is appointed by the President. So when BP managers put a spin on the Minuteman, these's no doubt where their marching orders come from.

Those who support the Minutemen and support President Bush seem to be faced with a quandry.

Tucson Border Sector Chief Michael Nicely has ordered the Border Patrol to ensure that Illegal Alien apprehensions are kept to an absolute minimum so as to disprove the impact of the recent month-long Minuteman Project.

It is a documented fact that the Minuteman Project essentially shut down the border crossing area in Cochise County where a group of geriatric volunteers from around the nation gathered with lawn chairs, binoculars and cell phones and totally embarrassed the U.S. Border Patrol and the Bush Administration.

All during the Minuteman Project Border Patrol officials and especially Chief Nicely repeatedly demeaned the Minuteman and their effectiveness, accusing them of getting in the way of the Border Patrol, stepping on electronic sensors, destroying tracks, and generally gumming up the works. Nicely attempted to give all credit for the Minuteman Project success to the Mexican government and Mexican military – who did divert the Illegal traffic around the Minuteman area to the east and west where increased Illegal traffic skyrocketed. The actions of the Mexican government and Mexican military can only be attributed to the Minuteman Project.

The problem is that now with the end of the Minuteman Project and no volunteers on the line, Chief Nicely's past inefficiencies and misinformation could be exposed as thousands upon thousands of Illegals, Drug Traffickers (and Potential Terrorists) surge again across the border where once old folks in lawn chairs, binoculars and cell phones held the line.

To preclude this expose of the Border Patrol inefficiency – Chief Nicely has ordered that agents are to be restricted to "forward deployment". There is to be no patrolling in depth. Thus, Illegals who get past 100 yards or so are as good as in Indiana, or Idaho or Kansas or North Carolina. Needless to say, with Border Patrol postings far, far less dense than that of the Minutemen, there will be few apprehensions and thousands upon thousands of Illegals successfully and illegally penetrating into the U.S. This "forward deployment" has been refered to by agensts as "sitting on the X". This strategy has been endorsed by Congressman Jim Kolbe. This assures Kolbe's corporate sponsors of an ongoing supply of illegal (and consequently cheap) labor.

There will be a massive influx of Illegal traffic through the Huachuca Mountains for that area is to be abandoned by B.P. Agents on orders from Nicely.

The Naco Patrol Agent In Charge (PAIC) has been told to keep the apprehension numbers as low or lower than they were during the Minuteman Project. Performance appraisals will reflect their compliance and success in keeping apprehension numbers down.

The whole "forward deployment" cripples the Border Patrol Agents in their efforts to secure America's Borders.

There should be five levels of enforcement:

One: Detection and apprehension of illegal aliens at the entry point.

Two: backup operations to apprehend those who successfully evaded detection at entry and are enroute to lay-up spots and staging areas waiting to be picked up by smugglers.

Three: Traffic check operations to detect and apprehend those who were successfully picked up by smugglers and those who made it to taxis, busses and private vehicles.

Four: Interior enforcement operations to detect and arrest those who have successfully traveled to interior United States.

Five: Employer Sanctions operations to turn off the magnet that draws illegal aliens illegally into this country. Levels four and five have been discontinued for roughly the last two decades.

There can be no effective Border Security unless and until the Border Patrol and DHS are allowed to employ all five levels of enforcement.

Chief Nicely’ actions amount to nothing less than treason.

It is seditious and treasonable conduct to knowingly facilitate the unlawful entry of Illegal Aliens, Drug Traffickers and Potential Terrorists across the borders of the United States.

The Nation needs to know that this treasonous conduct is going on in Arizona.

Need more proof of anyones credibility.Could just be a personal agenda.Or one of his contacts could be relaying misinformation.Never know.
