Two men arrested in Douglas County for illegally re-entering
Two men arrested in Douglas County for illegally re-entering U.S.
One of the arrested tells investigator, "see you in a couple of months."
Staff Report • July 31, 2008
Two men were arrested in Douglas County today for illegally re-entering the United States.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Street Enforcement Team (DCSET) assisted agents of the US Customs Immigration Enforcement Agency (ICE) in today's arrest.
The men were identified as Juan Sepulveda-Leon, a 33-year-old Hispanic male and Leopoldo Martinez-Ceniceros, a 47 year male, also Hispanic. Sepulveda-Leon was previously arrested by DCSET in 2004 for trafficking methamphetamine. He was subsequently convicted and deported. Martinez-Ceniceros was previously deported for alien smuggling and DUI.
When investigators obtained information the men were living and working locally in Douglas County, they contacted ICE. The ICE agents took the two suspects to Reno to face deportation hearings. While in Douglas County, the ICE agents also took with them three suspects that had been arrested by DCSET on July 25 during a drug raid.
Those three suspects; Luis Ortega-Aguleria, Nicasio Ramirez-Bidana and Fabian Sanchez have been held in the DCSO Minden Jail Facility since their arrests. These three will also be held in Reno pending deportation hearings.
According to Sgt. Dan Britton of the DCSE, as one of the suspects was being led out to the ICE van from the Minden Jail for transportation to Reno, he told one of the DCSET investigators, “see you in a couple of months.â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Two men arrested
Did either of these guys do jail time for their drug and smuggling crimes? This is why the previously deported need to serve HARD time before being deported.
Maybe these two will be robbed and mistreated by Mexican authorities, or find that crossing back over is not as easy as it used to be. (that's what the politicians are telling us) Or maybe Border Patrol will get lucky and catch them so ICE can give them lots of jail time.
