Also speaking was Dallas City Council member Steve Salazar, who began with a series of "Vivas!"
Then he told the crowd, motioning to City Hall: "Esta es tu casa y tiene la puerta abierta." Or: "This is your home and the door is open."
Does this mean that he is going to allow all the illegals to move into city hall and live there??????
