    An illegal immigrant living near Alto was arrested July 19 for allegedly having inappropriate relations with a seven-year-old girl. Eleazar Posadas, 49, was taken into custody at his residence and charged with indecency with a child by contact.

    “The arrest warrant for Mr. Posadas was obtained after an investigation was conducted into allegations made by the victim,â€
