Here is what the open-borders culture of entitlement has wrought:

the mentality is that Americans are stupid.

Whadda ya want to bet he'll get his Spanish language lawbooks?

Wouldn't want to deprive an illegal alien of reading material or anything else he feels necessary while he's incarcerated for murder.

Can this guy even read? If I am not mistaken, it costs each prison about half a million a year to update their law books. This fool would be better off learning English during his jail time, provided by taxpayer money, of course. I don't understand why illegals feel they have any rights that belong to American citizens. They are citizens of another country, and that is where their rights are.
