* Tonight, homeowners are being hit from both sides.
The value of their home is falling but at the same time their
property taxes are soaring. Some homeowners are trying to
fight these rising taxes but states claim the increase is
necessary to help balance their budgets. We will have a full
report tonight.

* Plus, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will
deliver his state of the state address today. This comes as
California is facing a $40 Billion budget deficit. The governor
says California is in a state of emergency and has even
threatened to issue I.O.U.’s to taxpayers if a budget agreement
isn’t reached soon. We will have the details of today’s address
and the latest on the budget negotiations.
